un-Irish Soda Bread Typo-O/Hunter

1 cup teff flour
1 cup cassava flour
1 cup tigernut flour
1 cup amaranth flour
4 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup date sugar
1/3 cup agave syrup
1/3 cup water
2 tablespoons melted butter or ghee
1 cup zante currants soaked in water
3 eggs
2 cup almond milk +1 teaspoon lemon

Mix dry ingredients through salt together. Beat wet ingredients + date sugar together. Should be a wet dough.

Bake in oiled pan @ 350 for 30 min. then 325 for 10 min.
