New rule: there has to be viable alternate economic model where billions of people are lifted out of extreme poverty and starvation is almost eradicated before you advocate destroying capitalism.
Yes, income inequality is a terrible now, but that's failing tax policy, not failing capitalism. Yes, greed causes harm, but that's failing regulation, not failing capitalism. If you're angry at the system like I am, hold your politicians accountable for the failing of government.
@jasondclinton I do not think many of the people to advocate destroying capitalism lived in soviet communist state. I see ignorants praise Stalin etc but not notice it is ruled by the biggest bully. Capitalism is not good 100% because monopoly, but with fairer democracy election it is better than being told "do this for greater good" when the only greater good is to the leadership. The truth, many capitalist countrys are actually socialist already. People are blinded by name and don't see action
@jasondclinton Also, you don't have to just use one model - for instance, command economy socialist systems can be used to ensure that the physiological and safety levels of Maslow's hierarchy are fulfilled, while leaving the higher levels to (regulated!) capitalist markets.
Really, where capitalism is evil is when profit motives conflict with society's needs. Bypass it and use regulation when motives are inherently in conflict, and you can confine capitalism to where it isn't evil.
